I love fall. I love getting back to the routine of things and letting my life take on some semblance of order. Being a creature of habit, there is something calming about getting the kids back to school.

Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve been on the old blog. Very busy few weeks for me. Good news for you if you’re looking for some new releases from me. 
I’ve just found out that No Master, book three in the Bounty series, will be released on July 6th from Ellora’s Cave. This story focuses on Korbin, the Admiral of the Black and his second in command Zain Strand. Here’s the blurb!

I’ve also been diligently working on edits for a number of my fall releases. The first two books in the Long Shots series are done and off, and I’m nearly done the edits for book three. While I always love the books I write, I’m finding myself particularly excited about this series. Not only because it will be my first with Carina Press, but also the characters really jumped to life for me. I can’t wait to share them with everyone.

I’ve also been moving this week. It was an insane weekend of packing and lugging, but we are 99% done. One room left to finish and some cleaning. Then the unpacking fun begins. My kids are settling down and the dogs are slowly adjusting. The only one who doesn’t seem thrown off by the whole affair is my cat. She’s a trooper!

While a lot of releases are an amazing thing to have in a year, it can be a bit confusing to keep everything straight. As 2011 is shaping up to be another busy year for me, I thought I’d do up a quick release schedule for any of you who are keeping track.

I’m still waiting to hear news on No Master, my next space pirate book from Ellora’s Cave and one additional anthology I’d submitted to. I will update the schedule once I have additional information.
Woohoo!! I was away at an event yesterday (there will be a blog post about it soon – amazing!) and when I came home I was greeted with a wonderful surprise.
Girls Who Bite! the lesbian vampire anthology that my story Bound Lust appears in, is now available for pre-order on Amazon! Not only that, the release date has been moved up to September 13th!!

There is nothing better than to start the new year with a nice announcement. It’s now official! I’ve sold a short story to Cleis Press, to be included in their Girls Who Bite, Lesbian Vampire anthology! The anthology is being edited by the fantastic Delilah Devlin.

Funny fact. I’d seen the call for submissions on Delilah’s blog, but wasn’t planning on writing anything up. I don’t normally write vampires (had no problem with the lesbian part, funny enough), and wasn’t sure if I could do it. Well as fate should have it Delilah and I shared a taxi from the airport on the way to EC’s Romanticon conference. Next thing I know, I’m submitting Bound Lust.
My little contribution is about a vampire submissive and her Domme human partner. Good times.
The anthology is due to come out November 2011. As soon as I have more details, I’ll be sure to pass them along.
