Well, I’m really not ready for Christmas. I’m getting close, but not there yet. You’d think I’d learn by now to do my shopping in November like all the normal people, but ooooh noooo, not me. Today I have to run to the post office to mail a package out East, need to get some shopping done for my girls, and somehow do all of this while it feels like my face is going to explode. I hate colds.
Good things going on? Well, I got my last shipment from Amazon on Friday. That means more yummy books to read.
I’ve had a bit of a mental breakthrough on one of the stories I’m writing. And I had a fantastic TRW meeting on Saturday. So, that’s all keeping me smiling.
And most importantly, All Bottled Up is going to be released in 22 days!!! I’m really excited about this story coming out for a nuber of reasons. First, it’s my first book from Samhain. Second, it takes place in my former city of residence Halifax, NS. And finally, the cover rocks!!
What are you looking forward to? Ready for Christmas??

You know I’m ready for Christmas.
I’m looking forward to the New Year. A series to come out, endless possibilities and the end of the pregnancy with hopefully ONE bundle to snuggle.
I still can’t believe next week is Christmas. It boggles my mind.
Join the not-ready-for-Christmas club. There’s still a lot of us out there (I’m voting that we need to gang up on Amy – then again I wonder if she’ll be so together this time next year, LOL.)
And Oooh on All Bottled Up being set in Halifax – Bonus!
Yay for a new Christine d’Abo release!!
I’m in the NRFCC too
I’m always together every year Leah. A new baby doesn’t slow me down.
Christine, YAY on the release of ALL BOTTLED UP! That is the coolest book!! And I’m not ready for Xmas either. Sigh. Been fumbling around trying to buy presents. I’ve missed you! HUGS!!!
Hey ladies!!
See, I’m so unorganized, I can’t even make it back to my own blog to check comments! I need to get better at that in the New Year too.
Leah, I’m confident that we’ll make it. I plan on going to the mall tonight and getting everything done. It might be painful, but it will be over!
Amy, you suck…
Wylie, I think we should get t-shirts made up with that on them. Then we can wear them with pride as we run around mad.
RED!!! HUGS!!! Sweetie, you are so busy these days, I’m just happy to hear from you. Drop me a note some time and let me know how you’re making out.
I’m ready for Christmas…almost. *g*
Congrats on your upcoming Samhain release. As I look out at the freezing rain, I want to be wherever those folks on your cover are. LOL
