Yeah I wrote something! I know, this is NaNo and I’m supposed to write something, but after two days of nothing, it felt good. I managed over 2000 words, am well into chapter five, and have officially crossed the 20,000 word mark. It’s not pretty, but it’s progress.
Tonight, I’m aiming for another 2k, just to make sure I don’t fall behind further.
And as promised, here are a few pictures that my husband took while he was in Iceland. They turned out fantastic!

No, he didn’t make it to the hot springs. He really wanted to, and if he goes over again, he will make it a priority. He has a bunch of other pictures too. I’ll post a few more later.
Way to go on the wordcount (I still don’t know how you work, look after your family and still manage to write! Color me impressed.)
As for the ‘little red dots’ I couldn’t find them at first - I finally figured out to click on the pictures so I could see the larger version. Then when I finally saw them, OMG, that place is amazing, you don’t get the size of those cliffs until you see those people. I want to go there now.
