I just got back from taking my girls to the theatre to see Wall-E. I love Pixar…simply adore every movie they’ve ever made. Now I’ve been known to get emotional while watching these (yes, I’ve cried at a kids movie!) and this one was no exception.
My seven year old daughter said it best when she said out loud in a quiet part of the film,”Well, this is a funny romance.”
Who knew!
Its a very sweet movie for kids, funny and sweet. There is also a very powerful message about the environment, and how we live our lives. There is lots of comedy and action for the kids too. Nothing cruel or mean at all. I highly recommend this one.
Guitar Hero took his girlfriend to see it last night and they loved it too. Although I keep seeing ‘Number 5′ from the movie Short Circuit whenever I see Wall-E. But Pixar are the best animators – silly Disney for thinking they can do better without them. Cheaper maybe, but not better.
