This time of year, when it's sunny but cold, the front of my house heats up like mad with all the sun (it's south-facing) while the back (where my office is) is freezing. And yanno, sitting still at a computer doesn't exactly get your metabolism going. I obsess over my weight too. Then I get bored with it and go eat some crisps. I obsess over heat too.
