So I tried to do some edits last night on Bonds…yeah no. I have a terrible cold and I could barely keep my eyes open let alone come up with some additional elements to add to my setting. I also need to go back through my love scenes and add some emotional punch, which is not the thing to try and do when you can’t breathe.
So I’ve sent my husband on a mission to get me some Neo Citran to help clear my head. Tonight, I plan to self medicate enough that I can start going through the manuscript again chapter by chapter. My goal is to get through at least a chapter a day, really paying attention to small details.
I somehow managed to stay awake for 24 last night. It was good in my opinion for two reasons. First, I liked seeing Jack’s softer side. His whole demeanor changed when he was talking to Brady. Second, THAT KISS OF MILO’S!! Wow. Completely sexy the way he went up to her so fast, only to pause an inch from her lips, giving her that intense look. And then BAM! Best kiss I’ve seen on TV in a while. Way to go Milo!

I hope you feel better soon too! Nothing worse than trying to think when all you want to do is curl up in bed, blankets to chin, watching tv and sipping something warm – you can follow in Amy’s footsteps and add some rum. Alcohol burns off bacteria… sticking to that story! 
I don’t know. I kinda like the reaction that Milo got better! There was the initial resistance and anger and then when he planted the kiss you are kind of expecting that the anger will die off but there is this conflict in her face.
I feel your pain. Sweetness has a bad head-cold (his little eyes were stuck shut when he woke this morning from all the mucus! EWWW) and it looks like he’s shared the germs with me. I’m pretty stuffed up today and FEEL like it’s going to get a lot worse. I’m sending my hubby out for some Cold FX and see if I can’t nip this thing in the bud. (or butt?)

I think I held my breath thru that entire kiss. And her expression afterwards was priceless. Well done. And Jack…well what can you say about Jack but a big heavy sigh. Followed by a feline type growl that doesn’t quite translate in writing.
Hope you’re feeling better! I had the same thing last week and it was ugly. Luckily it only lasted a couple of days!
