TGIF!
Okay this has been a bad writing week for me. Other than finishing the first draft of Perfect Match on Monday, I haven’t written a word this week. I’ve managed some critiquing (and I’m glad I did because my poor friend has been waiting forever for it (Pete tell Tammy this weekend!) and I need to get it to her) but that’s been about it.
Today I’m hoping going to get a lunch break. I need a lunch break. Actually any break would be awesome.
If When I do I’m going to sit down read over the outline of the Halloween story I’m writing with Renee Field and start my first chapter. I love what we have planned and love my characters. I can’t wait to get going with it, I just haven’t had much in the way of energy recently.
But this weekend I’m going to get it done. Or mostly done.
What are your plans for this weekend?

Christine!!! Tammy will be so happy. I know she’s being axious for your feedback. I’ve been going through the editing day by day for her. I lover her story. There are always places where a writer can expand story ideas. Enjoy.

Too funny!
I hope you get a break too!
I’m working this weekend… Yay! Actually, I love working on the weekend, it gives me an opportunity to have a little more fun - weekends are naturally a smidgen less professional than the week. So I’m excited now… but ask me how I feel on Monday when I don’t want to move because I’m so exhausted.
Have a wonderful weekend Christine - I hope you get everything you set out accomplished!

Hey Writer Chic!
If anyone needs a break, it’s you. But, I’m so happy that you’re going to read the first bit of my new story, which has a romance secondary plot. It’s my first shot at writing at little romance (does love-sick poetry count?). I hope you like it, and then I’ll send on the rest, hopefully enjoyed with a little wine.
Love ya!

I want to stay home this weekend and do some spring cleaning. Both writing wise and home wise … I also have law clerk type stuff to do. I have some briefs that need to be done because incompetent replacements didn’t do it sooner.
Hubby’s inlaws are bugging us to go up … we saw them last Sunday, right after TTN (so I was pooped). I just need to clean and spend time with the kids.
I swear I’m not pregnant, just run off my feet.

Tammy!! Hon you need to stop by and post more often. I love your story!!! I’ll be done your critique tonight and I’ll send it off this weekend.
Amy I hear you. I’m so friggen tired after this week at work I want to curl up in my bed and stay there for two days. It won’t happen so I’m drinking wine instead.

Christine -
I just want to wish you luck in finishing your outline Halloween story and get your first chapter done by this weekend:)
My plan for this weekend is to finish reading “French Twist” by Roxanne St. Claire. This book is romance suspense. It get real good as the story move along. I just pray I will finish this by the end Sunday
