It’s Friday!!
Work this week has been crazy (silly Daylight Savings Time changes…grumble) but it’s Friday so I can be happy!! It also means I’ll be able to do some writing tonight. Perfect Match has been going much better this week. Being a pantser I don’t always plan out where I’m going, but I was able to do a chapter by chapter outline of where I’m going for the rest of the book.
Not detailed mind you, but I know the major plot points. There’s still lots of room for me to be creative and add those unexpected moments. Like right now they are having sex in the back of Ben’s limo. Good times!
So far I’ve written three thousand words and am hoping to get another two done this weekend. We’ll have to see how crazy my kids are :).
I’m also hoping to start Jaci’s Surviving Demon Island either tonight or tomorrow. The problem is I’ll get sucked into it and won’t get my own writing done. It will have to be my treat.

Hey great job on the 3000 words! And sex in the limo? Interesting.
As for me… I need to get some serious writing done this weekend too. Yesterday I got 4 books by Lori Foster that she wrote for Harlequin (for the first time I think) and I’m dying to read them. Just dying! But I’m the same way… I know I’ll get wrapped up in them and won’t be able to put them down. Then come monday, I’ll still be on the same chapter of my WIP because I’ll have avoided it all weekend.
I’ll be fighting the urge all weekend long! *sigh*

I hate Daylight savings. We (Indiana) just adopted it last year. I’m hoping and praying they switch us back to not using it.
This weekend, parents are coming to town, and I’ll be finishing reading Rebel Fay and an ARC of Vicki Pettersson’s Scent of Shadows… At least, I hope I can finish them both.

Umm Daylight savings? When did that happen? I thought it wasn’t until March?

I work in the IT world. We’re trying to get the software (and customers) ready for the early switch. Good times.
And maybe I will ready SDI first…my own characters are giving me a headache!

I’m working mostly. Also fitting in some painting time. And attending an advertising awards ceremony tomorrow night (ADDYs) that i’m not supposed to know that i’m getting several awards at. Heh. I love being in the know and then pulling an Emmy Award winning act of being shocked and surprised. (Who me?!? She says blushing and fluttering her hands)

My husband is a techie and was complaining about DST right now. Too funny.
